Loan Agreement Terms

1. Interest Rates & APR

Nortshere offers dynamic interest rates. Short-term loans (under 4 months) qualify for a representative 5% APR. Standard long-term loans start at 8.3% APR, subject to status and term length.

2. Disbursement of Funds

Funds are primarily disbursed via Direct-to-Card deposits. In cases where the user does not possess a card, alternative disbursement via secure transfer will be arranged. Nortshere is not responsible for delays caused by the user’s receiving institution.

3. Late Payments

Late payments may result in additional interest charges as outlined in your specific loan agreement. We encourage users to contact our support team immediately if they anticipate difficulty in repayment.
